Shipping & Returns

We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Birdi to refund your credit card upon receipt. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only.

When returning an item please email our sales team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For exchanges, please update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address. Include payment information for new items of greater value. Exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks depending on availability of stock.

While we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind for our pacifier clips due to sanitation reasons, we can accept returns for all other items.

We strive to send the best of the best, but every once in a while a defective item may slip through the cracks. We stand behind our products 100% and we want our customers to be satisfied. You MUST contact us within the first 21 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item. No exceptions.

We normally ship within 7 to 10 business days, but in light of the COVID-19 pandemic shipping may be delayed.  For this reason we ask for some patience as shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days.
